How To Hypnotise Someone

July 10th, 2008 by Jarrod

Learning how to hypnotise someone does not have to be difficult. Usually, a person new to hypnosis will study a wide variety of hypnosis courses, books, scripts, and inductions at first. The result is they almost always end up feeling a little confused, wondering where they should actually begin. If you are in the same situation right now, listen closely …

There are several thousand different ways to hypnotise a person. But the single most important task that any would-be hypnotist must perform is to effectively bypass a person’s critical factor, the conscious mind. No matter which method of induction you opt to use, you must quiet that person’s critical thought before you can get them to follow your commands. Plain and simple.

There are many techniques you can use to accomplish this. With instant inductions, you simply interrupt a person’s trained instinct. The “Handshake Induction” is a prime example. When a person reaches to shake you extended hand, they are performing a natural, well-known greeting custom without using critical thought. You simply interrupt that pattern by pulling their arm down or hold it in front of them. This momentary pattern interrupt stuns and preoccupies their conscious mind … allowing you split second access to their subconscious mind. Enough time to deliver the command, “sleep”.

You can also bypass the critical factor by using popular relaxation techniques like “The Elfman Technique” or the traditional stand-by, “Progressive Relaxation”. Very simply, you help your subject to relax by having them focus on relaxing individual body parts, leading them slowly and calmly through the process and using a soothing and rhythmic tonality in your voice. As they become more and more relaxed, their critical mind rests and their subconscious mind is open to your suggestions.

Or, if you do not wish to use progressive or instant techniques, you can choose to employ conversational hypnosis techniques. Very simply, you speak with others using confusion tactics and hypnotic word phrasing or storytelling to subdue their critical mind. There is no need for trance induction, as your subject is simply unaware that you are hypnotizing them and implanting hidden commands into their mind.

You can learn more about how to hypnotise someone right now, using these techniques and many others, by going to this unique conversational hypnosis site:  Conversational Hypnosis (opens in a new window) Check it out …

How To Hypnotise People

July 10th, 2008 by Jarrod

If you have an interest in learning how to hypnotise people, you have probably spent time looking at various hypnosis discussion groups and forums around the Internet. No doubt you have probably even found some useful hypnosis advice, tips, and methodology being widely dispersed there.

However, whenever I talk to someone new to hypnosis who has spent time trolling the chats, I normally find they have become a little confused and unsure of how to proceed in learning how to hypnotize others. And frankly, it doesn’t surprise me anymore.

You see, every hypnosis expert who offers up their particular advice online to newcomers has their own style and methodology. They come from different backgrounds. Their hypnosis training is attained at wildly different levels and disciplines. So, it’s no wonder that newcomers to hypnosis end up perplexed and bewildered at how to best go about learning hypnosis … when it seems the experts can’t agree on even the simplest of strategies.

And if you want to learn how to hypnotise people and are just as befuddled as the others I have talked to, let me try to clear the air and break hypnosis down for you into it’s simplest terms right now. Even though most professional hypnotists and hypnotherapists have their own unique methods of relaxation and inductions, and can probably argue psychology from now until doomsday … there are a few distinct steps (that almost every hypnosis guru can agree on) … that you can do right now to hypnotise a person.

1. Build Basic Rapport With Your Subject

Whether you are performing a drawn-out “Progressive Relaxation” induction or going for instant gratification with a quick “Handshake Interrupt”, you must build at least a momentary rapport with the person you want to hypnotize. In a longer session, this may include befriending the subject, showing empathy, etc. In an instant induction, perhaps just a warm smile and outgoing demeanor. But the fact remains … you must gain at least a minute or two of rapport with a person if you want to ever influence them towards a particular belief.

2. Bypass The Critical Factor

In traditional hypnotherapy sessions, you normally bypass a person’s critical mind and gain access to the subconscious through a series of relaxation techniques. In more modern “instant” inductions, creating confusion and interrupting patterns are used to achieve the critical bypass. No matter which method you decide to use, you must become proficient at bypassing and overcoming critical thought in your subject’s mind.

3. Implant Suggestions During Trance

Once you have hypnotized a person, you are very much in control of that person’s mind. And it goes without saying, you must use that time wisely to impart suggestions and beliefs that will empower your subject to overcome a limiting thought. In other words, have a goal. Instill positive beliefs that will help your subject defeat irrational thought or influence them to acquire new thoughts and beliefs. Your hypnosis should always have one singular purpose … to change thought.

The important thing to remember is to …just focus. If you want to learn how to hypnotise people effectively, simply choose the one style that truly appeals to you and become an expert at it. Learn everything you can, practice often, and try to always improve upon it. If you can follow the three simple steps I have given you above, then you already have everything it takes to be a powerful hypnotist.

If you want to learn how to hypnotise people quickly without all the debate, I highly recommend you take a look at a program called, “The Power Of Conversational Hypnosis” by Igor Ledochowski. It’s designed to show you how to hypnotize people without their knowledge during normal casual conversation. An excellent way to get started. Learn How To Hypnotize People

July 8th, 2008 by Jarrod

What if you could learn how to hypnotize peoplewithout them knowing it?

Sounds crazy I know, but hear me out. The other day, one of my more stubborn friends named Kevin came over to the house to watch TV. I don’t know if it’s because he enjoys my company, my television, or is just trying to get away from his girlfriend for a little while. But that’s another story …

Anyway, the subject of hypnosis came up as it always does. (It’s my favorite subject:) And my friend swore, for about the millionth time, that there is absolutely no way that he could ever learn how to hypnotize people. He came up with about a dozen different reasons … too shy, too nervous, afraid someone will laugh at him, etc.

So, I dragged him over to my computer, sat him down, and showed him a very powerful conversational hypnosis course I have been studying and using. The course shows people how to hypnotize others secretly and without their knowledge. My friend became intrigued.

Ok, intrigued would be an understatement because he ended up pouring over the course, listening and absorbing every detail he could … for 4 straight hours. He was fixated. I eventually just went in the other room to watch the TV he left running.

After a long while, he suddenly popped out of my office with a big, sh*t-eating grin on his face and raced out the door without saying anything. I didn’t know exactly why he fled, but I hoped the little bastard hadn’t stolen anything. Luckily for him, he didn’t. But, the next evening he called me on my cell phone, talking excitedly about one of the methods in the course.

Apparently, he had left the night before to practice his newfound knowledge of hypnosis on his girlfriend. I won’t go into his details here on the Net, but he was excited and truly amazed when the first conversational hypnosis technique he tried actually worked on her. Actually, I was a little amazed myself. (I always need to practice a little first)

So, what does this all have to do with you? Well, let me ask you a question. Have you ever wanted to learn how to hypnotize people, but were either too afraid or too unsure of yourself that you didn’t even try?

If that sounds like you, then listen … you don’t have to worry with conversational hypnosis. People never even know when you are hypnotizing them. It’s a covert, hidden form of embedded commands and language phrasing that you can use to hypnotize people … while you are just talking. There’s no need for trances or scripts. Believe me, anybody can do this.

So look … before you start doubting yourself and saying things like, “I could never learn how to hypnotize people” … at the very least, give conversational hypnosis a try. When you finally learn the secrets behind it, you will have a unique power and influence over others that 90% of people will never posess in their lifetime.

You can check out the course I’ve been studying by clicking here ==> Conversational Hypnosis

Or if you would like to learn conversational hypnosis faster, you can check out one of my first covert hypnosis guides by clicking here ==> Covert Hypnosis

Look, if I can learn how to hypnotize people, anybody can. Hell, I know a few dogs that are brighter than I am. Give it a shot. You may just surprise yourself …

Ways To Hypnotize People Instantly

July 8th, 2008 by Jarrod

Of all the different ways to hypnotize people, I think my favorite would have to be “indirect” hypnosis. Also know as Ericksonian or conversational hypnosis. The main reason for that is hypnotizing someone while you are just having a nice relaxing conversation just feels more natural to the person you are attempting to hypnotize.

For example, let’s say you have a nervous, apprehensive person you wish to hypnotize. The moment you ask if they would like to be hypnotized, their anxiety level rises immediately. Their defenses are raised and you have little or no chance of hypnotizing them.

However, with conversational hypnosis, the process is simple because you are influencing them and planting suggestions in their minds during normal conversation. They are unaware you are hypnotizing them, so they consistently maintain a high level of relaxation all the way through the chat. They stay open to every suggestion you offer.

Granted, traditional hypnotherapy has it’s place. And stage hypnotism has it’s appeal. But for me, conversational hypnosis is one of the easiest ways to hypnotize people I’ve ever found.

How To Perform Hypnosis

July 8th, 2008 by Jarrod

To learn how to perform hypnosis, you must first decide exactly which style of hypnosis you will be using. For instance, you could simply instruct the other person on how to perform self hypnosis on themselves. Or you could spend 30-45 minutes slowly hypnotizing your subject and leading them through trance using standard relaxation inductions.

Of course, you could also perform rapid, or power inductions to speed up the process. However, if you are just starting off, I would recommend you gain a little more experience first before attempting such a dynamic induction … especially on unsuspecting subjects. If your skills aren’t up to par, you could invariably offend and even outrage your subject.

One of the simplest, most effective methods you can use to perform hypnosis is through Ericksonian, or conversational hypnosis. This gives you the opportunity to practice hypnotizing people in normal conversation without their knowledge. Because your subject is unaware that you are hypnotizing them, they will have no resistance and be completely open to you. You are then free to implant suggestions into their mind and have them follow your commands … without knowing exactly why they are doing it.
